The Hungaroring is a motorsport racetrack in Mogyoród, Hungary, where the Hungarian Grand Prix in Formula 1 is held. The Hungaroring held its first Formula 1 race in 1986. It was the first Formula 1 Grand Prix to take place behind the Iron Curtain. Part of the “Triple Crown”: The Hungaroring is one of the tracks forming the unofficial “Triple Crown of Motorsport” along with the Monaco Grand Prix and the Indianapolis 500. Winning all three of these prestigious races is a coveted achievement in motorsport.

Michael Schumacher holds the record for the most wins at the Hungaroring, with a total of 4 victories. The Hungaroring underwent significant renovations in recent years, including resurfacing the track and enhancing facilities to meet modern standards.
